In 2021, Moomin Arabia was elevated within Fiskars Group's brand hierarchy to the category of "winning brands," and ambitious global growth targets were set for it. In the initial phase, growth is sought in the Nordic countries, Japan, and China. In the following phase, from the UK and US markets. Through a competitive process, Fiskars selected the Ivalo Creative as the global lead agency for Moomin Arabia.

The collaboration began with a leanly executed brand strategy development. We engaged experts from Ivalo and our partner agencies from key markets in the Nordics and Asia. Together, we created a strong foundation, upon which various countries’ communication and marketing concepts have been built, considering their cultural specificities.

Over the past couple of years of our partnership, Ivalo has been involved in creating concepts for collaborations with organizations such as the Red Cross and Finnair, product launches for Moomin Day, ABC mugs, seasonal mug launches, smaller new product categories, and most recently, a major new venture, which is the launch of the textile category.
