We are looking for an experienced Art Director – a senior-level creative concept designer with a proven track record as an original, unorthodox thinker. Your background is in art direction, but beyond visual excellence, your core expertise lies in distilling fresh creative insights and commercializing them using the most effective methods and channels tailored to the purpose at hand.
You are a trusted partner for your clients, proactively tackling both well-defined and abstract challenges with every tool in the creative arsenal. You know that building a brand and business goes far beyond marketing communications, and you actively think outside the box to benefit your clients.
This is your opportunity if you:
- Are a strategically minded, channel-agnostic concept designer with several years of senior-level experience at a marketing, PR, digital, social media, or design agency, where you’ve built a reputation for bold yet results-driven creativity
- Have the ability to think creatively and express it through visual design across channels, while understanding the importance of craft and consistency in brand building
- Have experience working with major and/or international brands
- Have received recognition for your work through national and/or international awards
- Are fluent in both English and Finnish
- Are responsible, ambitious, curious, and eager to learn
- Build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
